Girl Raped, Strangled with Dupatta: Culprit Caught in Encounter, Admits Guilt

Horror on innocent girl: The accused who raped and murdered an 11-year-old girl was arrested by the police in an encounter. He was shot in the leg. After the murder of her daughter, the girl's mother had filed an FIR against Raghuveer of the same locality.

Brutal Crime Exposed

A family of deprived caste, originally from Shahjahanpur, had been living on rent in Faridpur for some time and working as labourers. On Saturday evening, the family members had gone to celebrate Holi, their 11-year-old daughter was alone at home. When the brother returned home at night, the door was locked from inside, when he went inside, the sister was lying dead. Meanwhile, the police was informed from the Help to All account on X that the girl had been killed. By then, the police had also reached.

According to the police, the relatives said that she was ill for a long time. She often had pain in her stomach. It is possible that she died due to illness, they do not even want to get her post-mortem done. Despite this, when the body was sent for post-mortem, the matter of rape and murder came to light. The viscera has also been preserved in the suspicion that she was given some drug. 

Accused escaped arrest

It was found that he was a resident of Shahjahanpur and the deceased girl seemed to be his distant relative. Her family members had informed him. That is why he posted. Even after the postmortem report came, the relatives did not want any action. When the police called him to the police station for questioning on Monday, he gave a complaint letter suspecting Raghuveer, his neighbor. The police immediately registered an FIR in the case and went to arrest Raghuveer, but by then he had fled from there.

Accused confessed during interrogation

Police received information that Raghuveer was standing on Padaratpur Road on the side of the highway and was trying to escape from there. When police reached Padaratpur turn on the information and tried to capture Raghuveer by laying siege, the accused opened fire on the police. In retaliation, police also fired and one bullet hit Raghuveer's leg. During interrogation, he accepted that he had killed the girl.

Raghuveer was drunk, he jumped from the roof 
During police interrogation, Raghuveer told that he used to visit the girl's house earlier. Whenever he got work like digging potatoes or getting daily wages, he used to take her mother with him. The accused Raghuveer also worked as a confectioner. Therefore, whenever he went to a wedding, he used to bring food etc. and also give it to the family of the deceased. Due to this, they got to know each other very well. Due to this, there was no problem in coming to the house.
